A key skill that we aim to foster in all of our Primary leaners across the Trust is self-drive. Our curriculum allows both teachers and children to identify and develop their interests within and beyond the parameters of the National Curriculum. They are encouraged to take an active role in developing their own journey for learning.
The main priorities for both staff and children are high standards and engagement in learning. Across the Trust we aim for high standards in every element; learning, behaviour, attitudes and commitment. We strive to ensure that children are excited by their learning opportunities. Vibrant and welcoming learning environments, both inside and out, provide our children with spaces where they have the freedom and support to develop both mentally and physically.
Our primaries encourage children to share and use their ideas and opinions in the classroom and within the wider school. Within these our Early Years settings teach and encourage children to make positive learning and behaviour choices that will give them the best start in life.
